Ten Wild Acres is an independent publication launched in June 2025 to explore the life and history, natural and human, of a wildflower meadow in the heart of England, and free thoughts prompted by it.

Posts will examine topics such as the role of traditional hay meadows in England's ecosystem and local butterflies and insect life, to the function and history of boundary clauses in Anglo-Saxon land ownership and the implications of the complexity of the natural world for the simulation hypothesis of reality.
